A remote lagoon peninsula on Sri Lanka’s northwestern coast where the Indian Ocean’s reliable winds create some of the region’s finest kitesurfing conditions and spinner dolphins visit in pods of several hundred. The surrounding bar reef is one of Sri Lanka’s richest marine biodiversity zones and the area’s dark skies make it one of the island’s best stargazing destinations.
